Our Bake and Burnout ovens are temperature controlled. This insures that the efficiency of your motor is maintained after the rewind.

Precision dynamic balancing is offered for fans, rotors and impellers. Capacity of 5000 pounds and over 12 feet in length, to handle most jobs. This machine generates a computer report for your maintenance files.

Our Core Loss Tester provides high current at low voltage to simulate actual operating conditions in the core of the motor. With parameters for bad, marginal and good the software provides a detail core condition report.

Our Digital Winding Tester performs Surge and Hipot tests. Surge testing detects faults in both inter-turn winding and phase to phase insulation systems. Test results are generated on a detailed report.

A.C. or D.C. winding, custom coil winding, two speed and voltage or horsepower redesigns are all offered in Ampro's winding department.
