On site dynamic balancing and vibration analysis are services we offer. Equipment that is awkward to remove from your plant can be precision balanced and a detailed report supplied.

This machine can also monitor critical pieces of your equipment for changing vibration levels. This is normally done on a monthly or bi-monthly basis on a predetermined route and can help in predicting machine failure.

Accurate shaft to shaft alignment is critical. With our computerized alignment system direct coupled pieces or equipment with shafts up to 9" diameter and as little as 1" of exposed shaft with up to a 25" span can be accurately aligned.

Surge and Hipot testing can be done in the field with our digital winding tester. This tester can also be used on D.C. Armatures and fields and also rotating fields of a synchronous motor. Test results from up to 10 motors can be stored and later printed for further analysis.
